I love these "wife cucks another wife" stories, when a woman is the first one to make the move. Also, that guy has some pretty high standards if he considers his wife to not be a beauty.

For a moment I thought the wife actually understood what was going on considering what she said in the bottom panel of page 17, but that wasn't the case. However, personally, I wouldn't mind seeing an actual good manga about a cuckquean, though.

Going from the last page, the wife is honestly puzzled and doesn't know. The panel on page 17 could indicate it, since she is blushing and her text bubble has two hearts. Though her face is flushed the whole time because of the alcohol and you can use hearts to simply indicate a playfull tone that isn't necessary implyging lustfull dialogue. Hearts were also used on page 11 and 12 with no sexual implication. Ultimately, she's merely musing that the two of them are making loud noices because they have fun chatting and joking around - The drunk women were talking gibberish while laughing at the same time the whole evening and she assumes her husband is doing that now in her stead.

Wife looks like she's in shape, has got curves and ample breast size, and isn't exactly ugly... I think the artist could have made the neighbor look like a super model or something as that statement is just weird lol
