The game CG is on e-hentai, not e-hentai. It's tagged "forbidden content" and was supposed to be expunged.

I skimmed through the game when it was first released. It has some scenes/elements that are rarely seen or done as well in other TS/TG/GB stuff. Kanata is fully voiced in the game, too. The protag is repeatedly faced with situations where he may choose to succumb to the desires of Kanata's body, becoming more depraved each time he does. The third time usually results in a bad ending.

As an example, for the male changing room scene seen in this manga, if you choose the depraved option a second time, the protag ends up sniffing a guy's shirt. Third time is licking a guy's undies, then getting caught in the act by a bunch of guys. Bad end.
