I don't think it has much to do with the quality of the content itself… A lot of people really dislike art dumps like this on this site, they tend to clutter tags and it's very difficult to find a) if any of the content is actually new b) specific instances of tags. The later point annoys people and in some cases might be seen as being against the tagging guidelines read:

Now galleries like this are not presently against the rules of this website, but you can imagine if every user of this site just dumped their pixiv collections as galleries especially as you are doing with 17+ different galleries, the site would be basically unusable which I suspect in large part is why the rating of your galleries is relatively low.

People tend to prefer dump galleries that at least follow a theme like an artist or specific fetish/tag though those are still somewhat less liked for similar reasons. Of course, we have special tags for galleries like this so people can mute these galleries for this very reason, but people here like to downvote things they don't like all the same. *shrug*
