He adventures with Jakes daughter Bronwynn for a while but... who knows what their lifespan is...all we know is that he dies as an old man, having missed Jake deeply his entire life. Jake probably died before Finn hit 30 as they were born around the same time but Jake mentioned being a bit past middle age when Finn was 16. Joshua and Margaret had also both passed by the beginning of the series.
