All but the main girl are getting fucked, none of the text implies that she has had sex. For the most part she is getting molested or has done sexual things (except sex) to others.

I've been staring at Tae-chan on page 68 and I still can't make out what's going on her lower half. Shoudansha isn't the best artists (he's actually quite good with perspective and angles), but damn I'm lost on what they were going for. Of course, it's showing what happened on page 46, but since he didn't have much space you can tell he worked it the best way he could.

I get what you mean. The perspective makes it looks like she is around his upper chest/neck area, also her right thigh is in a weird shape and between her thighs is a black smudge which you could argue is chest hair or pubes but pubes would mean the perspective is fucked beyond belief.

I imagine the original intention is like you mentioned what is happening on page 46 but I guess if you wanted to make it make sense then it could be her having an orgasm and lifting herself up as a reaction to it type of deal. You could also make an argument that page 42 might be what 68 is representing as you can see Sensei is having to bend his neck a lot to reach Tae-chan and she is hovering around the same area as 68 would imply.
