She is a character that resembles Miku (notice she has very little volume to her uneven hair) and had a song featuring BRS was sung by Miku.

An anime is currently in production.

Nah BRS is original character of 'huke', and it's song is composed with Miku.
BRS is not dark side of miku or even related with Miku when first drawn.
ONLY it's song is related, that's it
