Yes I'm aware. This part of the dialogue is supposed to be a pun with the follow up quote saying "I forgot, you only drink cheating semen". The idion does literally say "I wanna make you drink the stain off my nails", so it's a word play on that if you will. Puns like this are impossible to translate especially when the languages are so different.

What are you not satisfied with? The translation is perfectly done - each speech bubble says exactly what the original text said. There were many made up words in this commission which is why you see phrases like "hot guy cum" if you were wondering about that.
