Okay, nerdy stuff time. For those who don't know, this whole series is a playful riff on Kamen Rider Decade; specifically, the Delihealizer is a parody of the Diendriver, the gun/transformation device of Decade's rival Diend. Since it's an anniversary series, Decade has the power to turn into past Kamen Riders and use their powers while Diend can summon up duplicates of them to do his bidding, just like how our protag here can copy and summon girls. Personally I think a belt that lets you turn into girls could have been a fun concept, but I guess Kagemusya doesn't do TS. *shrug*
Each of the girls is named after one of the nine previous Rider shows: in Part 1 here we meet Fubuki Kuga (Kamen Rider Kuuga, 2000), Iori Kiba (Kamen Rider Kiva, 2008) and Akira Riyuki (Kamen Rider Ryuki, 2002). The girls' first names seem to contain little references to the shows as well: Fubuki means "blizzard", and Kuuga's final battle famously took place in the middle of a snowstorm. Akira is written with the kanji meaning "mirror", and Ryuki is all about a "Mirror World" full of monsters. I can't nail the reference in Kiba's name, since the kanji involved mean "that" and "fabric". As a little bonus, the order in which they appear matches the order of Decade's story arcs.
The mysterious woman at the end is named Abyss, a reference to Kamen Rider Abyss; just like the Rider, our mystery woman first appears in the Ryuki part of the story and helps the hero at first before revealing a darker side later on.
