Page 8 is missing in the archived post, and my, admittedly scarce and cursory, attempts to locate it returned nothing.
Artist made this particular commission in several batches, afaicj, page 1 first, pages 2-6 next, then page 7, and pages 9-13 later, with months of time separating each batch.
It is my presupposition, then, that the artist misnumbered the pages due to having two identical copies of page one in the working folder, and forgetting about it due to the passing of time - in favour of which hypothesis indirectly counts staggering amount of galleries on aggregator sites of all colours that contain 13 pages with mandatory two identical copies of page 1 and missing page 8. I reserve the right to be wrong on that particular account, though.
