Honestly if it wasn't as 'sketchy' and if there was an actual reason as to why it happened, this would be a really decent little comic thing. Looking at their itch.io page, this looks like it is part of a collection of Pokemon transformation stuff*, and there is a comic before it, so there might be more 'lore' with the whole picture.

*looking at the itch.io page again, there are links to the artist's twitter with this and the other comic. Also the other comic seems to imply that some people are more genetically... 'pliable' and in that comic the character transforms when in contact with other pokemon. Doesn't explain it here necessarily, but still.

the reasoning for transformation is that she put an arm in a TM Machine and that messed up her DNA or something like that P-Dog. It's in the text message pages.
