Found it really hard to follow.
So if I'm understanding, Tsukasa gets Reimu addicted to a drug she made that slowly mind breaks her and pimps her out to the tengu without them knowing that it's the Hakurei maiden. Aya falls for her (probably because she looks like Reimu) and asks her to marry her since she's the one that took her virginity and Megumu's horsecock will eventually ruin or kill her. They keep buying Reimu, and an annoyed Aya attempts to tell Megumu that Reimu belongs to her and she should fuck off and find some other girl, with Megumu then telling her to stop being selfish and share. Tsukasa then drugs Reimu out of her mind and pimps her out under the claim that she's cosplaying as the Hakurei maiden. Megumu enthusiastically drops a fat stack of cash to fuck Reimu with no restrcitions and Aya seethes, smoulders, simmers, and stews. Eventually, Reimu falls for Megumu's cock and begs to be impregnanted, with Aya maybe now realizing that this is the actual Reimu. Afterward, Aya is understandably pissed about the NTR that just occured. Tsukasa manical laughs and loudly proclaims the death of Reimu, which Yukari clearly has some issues with. Hatate welcomes Reimu to the family, and Reimu enjoys her new life, feeling like a lot of weight has been lifted off her shoulders. Reimu gets cozy with an aloof-acting Aya and proposes that she has Aya's kid next if Megumu is OK with it. Aya then reveals that Tsukasa gave her some of her drugs before she disappeared and that even though she knows it probably won't work, she wants to see if she can worm her way into Reimu's heart and forcibly change their relationship, presumably with herself as the NTRee rather than the NTR'd.
