June 12th 2022 - Renamed all images to include the pixiv image id, my apologies for it being missing in the first place, also added 4 images, 3 at the start and 1 near the end. Removed 1 manga cover.

Please retain original pixiv file names, they are already in order. No need to reorder or rename them.

I'm sorry about that, the extension I used to grab the images gave me wacky file names and half of them were in folders which made making sure they were in order too difficult, however I believe I've corrected that issue and next time I update I'll make sure to swap everything over to the correct naming scheme. Just to make sure I got it correct, its the image id followed by the page number, so either p0 or p1 etc etc right?
