Looking it over myself, you're not far off. It's largely a machine translation, with parts spiced up here and there. So, for example, the story actually does revolve around Setsubun, and mention Ehomaki. Beyond that, most of what "Adam Knifeman" says or thinks when he's not getting fucked (including, of course, his name) is pure invention, and the epilogue is entirely made up. The actual final page that resolves the story isn't included in this gallery.

It's lacking a lot as a translation, but it's decently readable with the liberties it takes. I do think the rewrite tag is merited.
