Where on When is about a girl who gets a coin on a string that she follows around town that's how much I know about the plot since I can't read Italian. This is Kappa Magazine 136 and is the second story from 1997 (First From the Beyond... 1995) by Koji Mikomo in here found both of them in Italy. If anyone has any info on him hit me up.

Judging by the English sfx, both here and in From Beyond..., these may be secondary translations from English. if so, there must be English versions somewhere. By the way, it's probably safe to upload these to MangaDex ad ex-licenses, thus reaching a wider audience and chances to find out more about the author.

manga Mogura from Twitter sent a tweet for me if anyone knew and Tosu26 had the answer we know now that it was published in afternoon magazine issue 1 1998 and won the 4 seasons award. From the beyond came also from afternoon issue 11 1995 but that's it so far we don't know if he did anything else nor anything about him, so if anyone knows anything let me know.
His real name is Mikomo Kohji 水菰厚司 Kappa didn't translate it well.
A young girl, interested in dowsing techniques, gradually manages to use these skills, until she discovers that the truth is not what one might think.
A short story that is simple but tending towards the visionary, in which an excellent drawing, even if far from the classic Japanese style, effortlessly supports an attractive script without substance.
