The point is, if people are complaining, ESPECIALLY other translators, show you can do better. Now, if translators don't bother to make a proper translation of a story in particular, why to even bother complaining at all. They're "super busy" yet they have time to come here and complain when complaining won't change shit. I agree many translators may feel "discouraged" but that's only because, from experience, some have a weak ego and won't feel so special if they do.
