Ripped directly from Mandarake (https://ekizo.mandarake.co.jp/auction/item/itemInfoJa.html?index=687222) and edited/cleaned to better show its legibility. This was created and published by the circle Visit in 1989, drawn primarily by Ryojiro Nanbu with pinups of Miki by Akihiro Ito. Shizuka Sato is also credited as having had participated, but to what extent I don't know. I'm only publishing the scans via Mandarake but am archiving it on Doujinshi.org (admins will get to approving the documentation in their own time, until then, I will do so here as its pertinent to the community still).
