This is an imageset. Basically, get it to 8 images, or witness it being purged time and time again.

All drawn porn of Western origin goes to "Western" category, regardless of it being a comic, a Western CG-set, or a Western imageset.
Imagesets of non-Western origin go to "Imageset" category.
Gallery category can be set upon creation.
You can change the gallery category in the gallery management [ https://upld.e-hentai.org/manage ] screen; press [Manage] next to the gallery name, then proceed further in the screen opened.
Just don't forget to save changes - incidentally, by pressing "Save Changes" button.
