Also, this is obviously NOT time stop. It is obvious from the title, the whole premise of the series, literally everything that happens such as the train announcer, the girl flinching from the faceshot, all the "..." bubbles. If you wanna ignore the actual work and headcanon this as timestop, go ahead, but please keep it out of the tags and go head over to the Japanese version since you apparently don't care about reading what's going on anyway.
