probably nothing you havent seen before.

my guess is the story has the MC being close friends with girl but girl had already been in a fuck buddy relationship with tanned guy. MC and girl have something of romantic feelings for each other and the obviously dive straight into sex cus girl is already experienced in it. girl is either a nympho or tanned guy stopped initiating sex with her after the relationship starts which leads to her regularly hitting him up. MC knows basically all of this and eventually they kinda stop hiding it. this all ends up with girl being taken away

the other girl is obviously a side piece tan guy does until the girl comes back. in the end either she either becomes an AV actor or she's sending a message to MC about how she gets fucked silly with Tanned guy recording
