I have bad news for you, amigo - thouse are not sorted manually in any way, shape, or form. This is a result of automatic alphanumerical sorting. Nothing more.
Uploader put exactly zero effort in making of this gallery.
Oh, and strange order of pictures is due to some filenames being a result of a thread-dump on one of the ~chan sites - again, zero effort on the uploader's part.

In fact, all uploader's galleries so far are just a low-effort pile of assorted images - this one, at least, contains almost no duplicates, afaicj - unlike his KamiTora postings, which are just spam.
