From what I understand, some who are Asexual, on rare occurrences, do have an urge to have sexual contact. I suppose you could say that person just has an extremely low libido?

Oh, yeah. I have heard of that, but it's more like sexual indifference. Some asexuals (rarely) do have the urge due to low libido and can have sex on a blue moon, which you are correct, but that doesn't mean they like it nor draw any pleasure from it. It's sort of like an itch to them that needs to be scratched.

Asexuality is about sexual attraction, not about libido.

Still can get horny, Still can have sex, still have working parts
They lack the thing that makes you sexually interested in a person.

Akin to how most people feel about family and platonic friends, they are cool and all, but you don't wanna have sex with them. (assuming you are not a degen)

Personally am a sex indifferent ace with high libido. I'm not apposed to sleeping with people but i don't care enough to go out of my way or inconvenience myself in any way to have sex.
