Decensored. If you want to do it yourself, open a PSD file from Poper's patreon/fanbox with GIMP (free) or Photoshop. Then, delete the mosaic layer. (you can keybind 'delete layer' in the settings)

Here are two methods to export AFTER you delete the mosaic layer:

Export to ORA method (requires 7zip, better for few PSDs)
1. export the PSD as an ORA
2. extract it with 7zip
3. delete thumbnails, subfolders, and other files.
4. enjoy your uncensored porn

Overwrite method (requires XnView MP, better for many PSDs)
1. go to File -> Overwrite (you can keybind this too)
2. close the PSD (optional. Ctrl + W then Ctrl + D)
3. in XnView MP, highlight the PSD and Ctrl + U
4a. Select "Convert all pages from multipage file" or it will only export the thumbnail.
4b. fiddle with the settings (optional)
5. enjoy your uncensored porn
