I'd imagine this is related to the artist's other Futa BB work, which I think I'll take a swing at.

Anyhow, I saw that they had made a version without text so I thought I might try my hand at doing the bubbles myself, since the vertically-oriented bubbles kind of result in a lot of empty space once you replace the Japanese with English. I don't really think I succeeded in making it look better, just somewhat different, and lacking in onomatopoeia. Oh well.

I'll always be grateful that Kusayarou is as much of an impregnation and pregnancy fetishist as I am. Always a joy to read one of his new works.
