Clog here, the resolution on this isn't as huge as the previous 2 chapters and I've only got access to a shitty laptop right now instead of my main pc, so it'll be slower than before, but I'll start translating it and I hope a higher resolution version is uploaded by the time I finish doing that so you guys can enjoy this amazing chapter in all its glory.

Keigo was going to confess again, but Ayane stopped him from finishing the sentence.
She said that she enjoyed their current special relationship aka "next-door neighbor" and wanted to keep it that way for a little longer.
Noticing that Keigo seems a bit down from that, she then added that she wish Keigo would let her hear the remaining words once she got satisfied, because she's keeping that next-door spot open for Keigo only.
Keigo lamented how he sure has managed to get involved with a troublesome woman, to which Ayane teased that he wouldn't get bored thanks to her.

IMO it feels a bit blueball-y, but it's consistent with her character so far. Ayane has always been a spicy one.
Apologize if I made any mistake, I haven't read the main story yet and only quickly checked out the ending part.
Let's hope that Clog will grace us with a full translation soon enough.

Edit: All right, now that I have finished reading through the whole story, I can add some more context for the above.
Ayane talked about how their relationship was a peculiar one earlier, not being lovers but not also sexfriends etc, and how she thought it's fine that way because there's no reason to fall into a mold someone else arbitrarily created.
(Right after which they bumped into Ayane's ex, which *speculation alert* might have been part of the reason while she hesitated about making it official with Keigo)
While having sex they had a few moments where they told each other how they would only do what they were doing because it's the other person and not someone else. I.e "You like lewd onee-san don't you?" "Yes, but not because it's my type but rather because it's you".
There was even a "Become my woman Ayane!" "Yes I will", which was the reason why Keigo was going to repeat that confession at the end.
(Ayane without -san because 1. she liked being called that way during sex and 2. calling someone's name without suffix is a sign of intimacy in Japan).
They kinda reversed course afterward though by calling eachother with -san again.

All in all they both kinda did this song and dance, and while Keigo seems more enthusiastic to make it official, I think they both enjoyed the way it was for the time being. As for us readers, it will be our, *ehem*, kingdom come when Herio release the marriage part complete with wedding dress sex, and I can't wait for it.
