Ok. It says omake. Which translates to extra. Which in this context should mean bonus chapter/content, correct me if I am wrong.

What is it a bonus to? Where do you find what it's a bonus to? Why is googling "Saejima-san no Okurimono" or "冴島さんの贈り物" only bringing up the omake and I can't even find the thing, it is an extra to for purchase? or even anything on social media so much as referencing the existence of this omake at all?

tbc i have tried googling tadataka gift, tadataka saejima-san, ただたか冴島さん. And a few more I can't remember, I am stumped.
