A commissioned scan clean up for anonymous who wanted me to help them archive some of these old titles by Sandy Thomas, especially those with illustrations by Juan Puyal. There were a few issues in doing so, but I did with what I could do:

-Some of the text was illegible but could be salvaged with some special tinkering on Photoshop settings.
-This scan more than likely was saved in .GIF format and subsequently saved as a .PNG, there were some artifacts, which I cleaned up by hand.
-New formatting of the pages, re-centering was done and enhancements were made to make each page legible.
-Juan Puyal's illustrations enhanced by hand.

Published under the 'Titillating TV Tales' brand, this book is actually part 5 of a longer series, but volume 2 of the title itself. The 'Husband to x' theme being constant, as it follows the same sort of protagonist on his forced feminization journey. At the moment, I only was commissioned to clean up the volumes I was given, though the commissioner asked that I start with this one as its their favorite of the series.

These books were written by Alice Trail with support from Kristi Love; I don't know how much Kristi actually contributed or if she was an editor or not and this information isn't currently available to me. Alice wrote many books on this same theme for Sandy Thomas and they were quite popular, sometimes in conjunction with Kristi Love, and given the length of these booklets, she did well over 100+.

Juan Puyal (full name Juan Sole Puyal) is an artist who got his start illustrating romance comics in the late 1950s up until the early 1980s. He hails from Spain and mainly illustrated for Fleetway's UK teen girl titles, his most famous being Sally's Legion of Super Slaves. His work also could be found in Spain-based Exclusivas Graficas Ricart on romance-based titles. By the 1980s, he began working on fetish work, mainly femdom, lesbian wrestling, and BDSM themed works for a variety of UK publishers, his most famous work being in Swish Publication's 'Madame in a World of Fantasy', a femdom-afficionado magazine that had everything from art, interviews with dominatrixes, and correspondence.

After Swish Publications stopped publishing 'Madame in a World of Fantasy', Juan soon was contracted by Sandy Thomas to work on her trans themed booklets as an illustrator up into say 2005. Afterwards, Juan seemingly disappeared from illustrating and is more than likely retired.

Juan Puyal also worked with trans/crossdressing writer Carole Jean, who on their old blog website mentions working with Puyal in depth, which gives some amazing insight on their working relationship and even the inference of Juan possibly collaborating on some writing. I'm not a fan of how Carole describes Juan at times, but its still a written account:
