Based on the already released works, I see two simultaneous storylines going on right now, 1) Mitsuki Bakugou's story arc and 2) the harem story arc.

If the first MHA short doujin is locked in, then Izuku should have a harem of his classmates by the end of this whole adventure. However, there is also a possibility that the next few books will have a focus on drama between Izuku's branching paths similar to what Mitsuki has been dealing with since she started her affair with him.

It makes sense that Mitsuki is Izuku's first love and that he wants to be with her, even though she is married and has a family. However, they cannot be realistically together, so the drama could unfold where Izuku forms his harem after developing an actual relationship with each girl. Kind-of like a first girlfriend that leads to a new and more permanent love for the MC in a drama show.

So far, I think the only one getting shafted is Inko since she did fall under Izuku's quirk but has not since been touched upon after the bathing incident. Maybe his quirk didn't have a lasting effect on her since he ran away before either could really finish?
