Considering sperm cells are so small you can't see them with the naked eye, even those little people near the girl (which the comic sadly doesn't show who they are or where they come from), as tiny as they are compared to her would still be enormous giants on earth. I estimate that the earth must be like the size of one of her testicles and i think that's being generous.

I'm rambling too much, but one last thing, why does she says her semen reeks? I love to smell mine. The head of a human sperm is about 3 micrometers wide. For it to be ~3 meters wide like in the comic, the giantess would have to be 10^6 times as large as a human, or about 1800 kilometers tall. You are welcome.

BTW I'm working on a little program that outputs the size of different dimensions for giants and giantesses based on how much larger they are to humans, including stuff like how much people they have to eat, how large their sperm cells would be, the size of their turds, etc... Hit me up if that kinda of fucked up shit interests you and you can be some of the first to try it out.

But i looked up the earth's diameter, which is about 12,756km (approx. 7 times bigger than her), so my estimate it would be the size of her testicle may have been a bit off... maybe that's where your program would come in handy :P I suppose the earth's size would be more like a house to her.
