There are a few R34 artists active who actually use their persona (which is most of the time a self-insert) to draw themselves naked, as an alternative form to online exhibitionism. I really like the concept, since it allows those who do not want to be posted naked on the internet to still engage in this activity. Bluesona also falls into this category - Blue is actually a cute girl who posted SFW videos and pics on her Twitter.
