I've heard that Japanese censorship laws are getting stricter and enforcement more so. Heck, next year, the law is going to force anyone doing anything with an alias to have their personal information out in public via new tax laws. As such, it will be easier for the Japanese government to arrest and prosecute artists who don't comply with censorship laws.
