There is a bit of an essay called "man of steel, woman of tissue" or something like that, that takes up the problem superman would hve, if he had sex and everything was superpowered.

And Robot Chicken did a fun bit on that as well, with Clark Kent accidentally firing off in Lois Lane's mouth and quite literally blows her brains out. Or rather, the aftermath as the police tries to puzzle together what happened.

@ Randommember "Man of Steel, Woman of Kleenex" It was written anonymously by scifi writer Larry Niven but people figured out he wrote it, it lead to DC comics having him do some work for them. Garth Ennis did something similar in the oneshot comic The Pro where a Superman expy orgasmed after a during a blowjob, he pushed her head out of the way but ended up shooting down a plane instead, and there's a scene in Hancock with another joke about super powered ejaculation although I think it was a deleted scene.
