they both incomplete and missing textless pictures.
sure pdf file cant be uploaded to gallery here but at least it can be to torrent or fileshare such as mega or google drive.
if there was problem in posting textless images this is also why to provide download link to the archive that came from dlsite/dmm when you got the doujin.

the textless pictures are just as important as the pictures with text , if a doujin has textless pictures , they should be included with the upload.
if the file size or total number of images is the issue , then upload the other content in a new gallery alongside post download link to original archive in comment area of your galleries for the doujin.
that way future translators will have everything they need for translating the doujin , as translators need download link to the doujin , especially for big doujin over 500mb in size and or 2000 or more images
