Edit: Just to answer the "mystery" I've made for myself as to this story. It stated that Kyouko was the one who set up the recording. Then for whatever reason after they both died, the silver haired girl probably watched the recording and then decided for whatever reason to eventually send it to the husband.
It's still slightly unknown why Kyouko said that "Yeah... I'll save it for when we can't meet." like she knew that something would happen to her. More likely she knew that Aoi was cheating on her husband and also feared that something would prevent Kyouko from seeing Aoi again. Then Kyouko would send the DVD to Aoi for her to enjoy in the future. Neither woman knew that the drug would kill them.

Yes, it's porn, and trying to put logic into porn in any kind of way is a waste of time. But this story is just so freaking weird and happens so quickly that there's no backstory, when it feels like there should be a backstory.
