What are you talking about? I've been tagging every single post of minebas "Koikatsu" and never had a problem. Plus, this was literally made in koikatsu since it has a scene editor where you can move and place everything to make whatever you want.

The entire Koikatsu tag should not exist in the first place because of this ruling, but mods are aware of it and can't be bothered cleaning it up because there's countless of tags stuck in the temp namespace and the valid ones are more important

By tagging it anyway you are helping those that want this to be searchable in some way but also sticking your neck out as it might result in being banned from tagging other peoples' galleries when moderators do decide to start cleaning.
