(I really love that the first thing that people do is complaining about poor grammar or other things but don't even bother to provide single example of why they thing it's bad, not mentioning even how it could be improved.)
Back to the topic, I fixed most lines that you mentioned, but before uploading ver2 I still have few doubts (I don't want to generate too much updates).

P21
In the last panel she raises a question or doubt that is answered in the next page. Something like "She doesn't need money, she needs dress, right?" and on the next page there is the answer "She actually does need money", but phrased in nicer way obviously. Maybe something like "Is this not what Iris needs right now?" or similar, maybe said in better way. Then on the next page she answers that with "Money is" like "money is what she actually needs".

I know that this order of sentence can not sound natural but it somehow is the problem with sentence separated to 2 speech bubbles. Maybe something like "Compared to yours Iris' earnings are... lower" would be better. I feel like in the first part we should have also the object of the sentence (earnings) but I might be wrong. Also, I believe "Iris' " and "Iris's " are both correct possessive form, but that's not the main issue here.

That just my doubts to your comments, I'm not saying I'm right here or not. That's why I wanted to ask. I do not believe my translations are the best, but sometimes I'm trying to find a middle ground between what was in the Japanese version and what will be natural in English (I'm also not saying my guesses are always correct) but differences between those languages doesn't help, neither does not being a native...

For some reason I assumed Lili was the one talking in the last panel and continuing her sentence on the next page. If it's actually one of the other two questioning her then "Isn't that what Iris needs right now?" is perfectly fine

"Compared to yours Iris' earnings are... lower" is fine too, I was just trying to keep the split similar to how it currently is. You could also go with "Compared to your earnings... Iris' are lower" if you think that sounds better.
Also you're right that both "Iris' " and "Iris's" are grammatically correct so you can use whichever you prefer.

@PotemkinPasta you might be right here. I think Lili is actually speaking in this panel and she's stating a fact and asking a question. For some reason I was convinced it was the other way around, but I checked the original text again and maybe I misread it the first time.
