I bought 1 and 2 but in e-book file that can't be changed to picture file.
Look carefully the file format when you buy stuffs at DLsite.

If the files are not DRM encumbered then you should be able to use Calibre to convert them to ZIP files.
If they are encumbered then you need to find out how to strip that.

Unfortunately, they are DRM and I have no idea how to fix it.
So, I bought them in another source again and uploaded them.
