Technically, around one third of it is rape, another third is willing, and the final third hints at breaking/brainwashing/submission/whatever.

I say it's just submission. Even those first few rape pictures look like they have an absence of rape in the expressions. They don't have to cry, but closed eyes and open mouths don't really read as rape.

Well, the female characters aren't original to this game, they were taken from games produced by G.J, (Toshihide Sano)whose cgs have been uploaded on this site. In other words, they're taken out of their original context so that's probably why the expressions don't seem to match up. =/
