The lighting, background, and monster in this are awful, looks like Vaesark actually got worse? God, that grass.

Vaesark has been slowly, gradually getting worse for years now. Was one of my early favorites in the 3D space, but now I'm only ever disappointed every time I see a new release from them.

Do you want new sets to come out fast or do you want them to come out with a high level of render quality? You have to remember not all 3D programs are created equal, and quality takes time. LOTS of time. Rendering just one scene can take hours and I'm not talking about the rigging. Considering that there's like 40+ images in most of the sets with variations in pose and expression I think we can all agree to ignore the flat grass texture. No worse than what you'd see in SFM or Gmod sets.

There are usually 60 pics per set, but it's usually around 30 pics with different angles and/or close ups. Still, that's still more pics than the old sets, which were usually around 15-20 pics.

Yes, the sets are bigger but sets like this is basically just 3 "old" sets combined into 1. The dicks get bigger, sure, but the 60 image format is just not used optimally. The old sets always seemed like there could be more, but it was unfeasble with the smaller, free format. With the bigger sets, he had the opportunity to really explore the pairing, the scene and the situation, but he only does that very rarely, which is a damn shame. The new sets seem to lack creativity and energy and suffer from having to be done on a mostly weekly basis.

didnt his render computer broke down and he has to use a very old rig, so he ist stuck to his old tools etc?

i mean, we are the free loathers who doesnt pay, so we shoulndt complain, but man, its so sad, other artists make great bucks with free sets an just subscribestar for aditional angles. its so wierde.
