So if I'm understanding as well as I 'can' understand:

Older couple leaves younger couple and younger couple meets aliens. Aliens have sex with the younger couple and each child produced proceeds to eat the alien parent then mates with their human parent (females go with the boy, males go with the girl). As this goes on, the younger couple changes, and eventually the older couple come back and prompt the younger couple have sex with each other and produce an alien child with both organs that also resembles what the two were turning into (notably the younger couple go back to looking like humans once the girl is impregnated). After this, they go back on the ship and find the mutilated(?) bodies of the older couple, and the current older couple is likely aliens or clones of the original couple. Stuff happens at the end and the younger couple, their own child, and 'new' older couple are back on earth after besting the worm like alien?

Yes, you are correct. The only thing you got wrong is that the couple are their parents and the young couple is brother and sister. So they are basically fucking their alien children and each other to recreate their parents (lol).
