Taken directly from My Anime's June 1982 Appendix. This booklet contains more info, though this is all that was available on the site in relationship to the cancelled Lupin the 8th show. More settei is out there, which I am compiling, though I'll upload it separately.

Shingo Araki (UFO Grendizer's 2nd half, Galaxy Express 999's TV version) and Michi Himeno (Saint Seiya TV character designer) re-did the designs made by DiC's French team (page 6), though the illustrator for those designs has yet to be documented or revealed.
