Not everyone got access to Ex/igneous cookie no matter how old or how hard they tried, unfortunately (Well, barring the $20 donation that gets you the ability to view spicy tags on regular EH IIRC).
Quite sure the IP that you registered for your account also matters which kinda puts the whole thing into some sort of annoying sit-and-wait-for-2-weeks lottery each time.

If you already have the gallery URL beforehand, you can skirt around this by using 3rd party scripts like ExRessurect to get the magnet/torrent of it.
Otherwise, there's another script on sleazyfork which lets you browse Ex with a banned 'public' account, just enough to let you download the public torrent file.
If your gallery predates the torrenting features of this site then yeah, tough luck...
If this eventually gets patched then yeah, LQ 3rd-party scrapper site 4life...
