Site owner, moderation and wiki maintainers do, which is what I cited if you'd care to read instead of being triggered by the complexity of having different tags for different content. If tagging content correctly is too difficult for you don't tag, so others don't have to clean up after you. We have an 850+ pages thread just to fix galleries that are tagged incorreclty. Please refrain from adding to it.

Some of the tagging rules on this site are very dumb/weird/counterintuitive (the fact that "kissing" means "kissing males", for instance), but the futa/shemale thing is not one of them.

It is pretty stupid. The argument is an XY problem which really boils down to whether what you are jacking off to "makes you gay" ie. can't be classified as "female enough" to insulate one's self from such self-judgement.

With that in mind, the whole thing comes down to searching for "futanari" ie. has a vagina, or "shemale/dickgirl" which 'officially' doesn't/shouldn't. Issues arise because galleries are (understandbly) mistagged in the confusion.

Every other characteristic could be objectively female except the plumbing. Big tits, fat ass, girly/butch/tomboyish clothes and antics, just not the groin.

But if you asked the same person sperging about futa/shemale tagging to go jack off to cuntboy porn, they'd tell you to go to hell. Irony.
While a little weird, it certainly makes sense why some imageboorus now use the term "intersex", and let the other tags denote the finer details.
