Normally in Hentaiverse there's at least one lingering thing the MH's use as an excuse to keep lying ("I still love him", "I don't want to lose him" etc...), but there's literally nothing here to make her stay. She literally says "..I love him more than you..", "I want to have Steve's child". So what's the point of lying? I mean, I guess you could say she doesn't want her family and friends to find out.
