@PipedPiper Is this an actual question? I'm pretty sure an exposed, gaping, severed stump of a neck counts as guro, even if it's cleaned of the blood. Not sure how you don't think literally having a head removed counts as disfigurement or rather extreme on the violence scale. So yes, this counts as guro.
