What idiot made the rule that the tag "Big areolae" has to be ONE FUCKING THIRD of the boobs acreage?

The Areolae in this doujin is 1000% classified as big areolae, in hentai and even in real life, the one here looks like it takes 2/3rds of the entire front plane of her breasts and it's somehow not big?

a third of the breast's surface area isn't even normal for hentai standards, it's just straight up a skin disease
