Summary:
MC is older by ten years. He's 30+ and his wife is 20+. He's having a hard time finishing up inside his wife. It doesn't felt fast to me because there are a lot of time jumps like "A few months later" in between every session and they take it slow. The couple had a lot of fruitful sex too after every play for weeks/months but it's only mentioned briefly in text so that doesn't help either. But my summary does make it look like it.
I haven't read the epilogue so I can't answer how MC's issues were fixed.
