I don't really know what's going on either, but the title says it's based off the dating sim Tokimeki Memorial. The names at the end are all heroines in the game.

I understand only some of it. This doujin was run by one of heroine of Tokiemki Memorial 4 named Miyako which has her own dark side. In this doujin, she told main character(represent player) that she heard the rumor about player but shedin't care. But the trauth as the last page told us that she was the one who spread those bad rumor, and she speacially told all the other heroine about that fake rumor so no one came near player again. That all I understand.

I don't know about the 4th game, but in the original (this was like waay back on snes) this was called getting "bombed." Treat a girl, any girl, badly like stand them up, don't walk home with them enough, etc., and they'll do this to you and lower your ratings with all the girls. Made it so that pretty much the only way to win was to go the harem route and juggle them all at once.
