On further inspection looks like there are some comprehension errors and awkward English at times.

Page 19 - "You need an apetizer?"
*appetizer is spelled wrong first of all
Second of all she says "お菜 / okazu" which is "something to masturbate to". Translating it as "apetizer" is just laughably off / shows a big comprehension whiff.

I'm not going to check that thoroughly but I'm guessing there are other errors too. Would say it's great if you want a rough translation but is not perfect.

Not sure if the English title was made by the author himself or if it's just awkward to translate to English but it sounded kinda weird to me so checked out the Japanese and there's a decent amount of stuff lost in translation from the Japanese title so listing it just b/c.
