Saint Louis is the French ship with grey hair.
St. Louis is the American ship with blue hair.

American one is a Brooklyn-class light cruiser which really exists in WW2.
French one is only a blueprint design on paper(or not, at least in wargaming's damn game)
French use their kings' name for ships while American use their city's name for cruisers
since America's interesting history you can say they're named after a same person in history, but the reason is actually quiet different
