Wow! I have not seen this artist's work before, and it has almost shocked me. The pictures stay very far that we could label them as cute: they are realistic, grimdark and a little gothic. Not the kind of art we usually find here.

"Néo" is just the french "nom de collection" of the publisher's editorial collection. The uploader must have confused it for the author's surname.
